Large language models break content up into tokens, therefore the larger the content or the more information dense the more tokens are required to process or generate a response. Teamapps prompts the large language model with highly detailed information about your AppSheet Apps, therefore the larger the App the more tokens it will require to generate the desired response. The average AppSheet App requires 5k tokens to prompt the large language model. Once this initial prompt has happened you will then be able to generate any type of documentation [developer, user guide or process diagram] for that App without having to completely re-prompt the model. The number of Apps you can document will depend on the plan you have chosen, however you can top-up your token balance as needed by purchasing additional tokens. We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.

No, the data held within the data source behind your Apps is auth protected by the data source provider and so Teamapps cannot see it. This ensures that Teamapps is only seeing data of a descriptive nature about your Apps for documentation purposes.

You can purchase Teamapps with any major credit card. For annual subscriptions over 20 members, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. Monthly purchases must be paid for by credit card.

Teampps may be required to charge VAT, GST, and other taxes on your subscription in accordance with local laws and regulations. Some jurisdictions do not require VAT/GST to be charged if the purchaser is registered for VAT/GST.
